We like this garden parasol because it has a Crank System which allows you to open and close the parasol very easily. We also like this parasol because it's the ideal size and shape for a small garden or 4 seat set of garden furniture.

The final reason we like this parasol is because of the leather pockets on the end of the parasol as they make the parasol look very attractive.

Product Description

This SOL 3m Round Wood Crank Garden Parasol is made to a high specification. The frame is made from Chinese Hardwood and the Parasol Canopy is manufactured from 180 gram Polyester; both these materials are good for designing garden parasols.

The Chinese Hardwood is Light Brown coloured, to suit most garden furniture sets. All fixtures and fittings are Brass effect. The Crank housing is Silver coloured and the rope used within the crank mechanism is Natural colour. Located at the end of each pocket you will find decorative leather patches which really enhance the overall look of the parasol. The Parasol unscrews in the middle of the stem to make it easy to store.

The Parasol Canopy on this 3m Garden Parasol is removable and machine washable at 40oC. The Polyester fabric is inherently fade, rot, shrink, crumple and stain resistant.

We strongly recommend you weigh this parasol down with as heavy a Parasol Base as possible. If you intend using this parasol in conjunction with a table a 15kg or 20kg parasol base will be OK. However, if you wish to use this parasol free standing then we suggest you purchase a 25kg or 50kg parasol base. This will ensure the parasol does not blow over in strong winds.

We recommend this garden parasol is stored in a dry and safe environment throughout the winter months, this will ensure your parasol stays in good condition.

This garden parasol has a 48mm pole.
