I can confirm that the condition of the cover, as discussed with you, was the worst I have ever received, with birds mess down the outside and scuff marks as if it had been rubbing against something. You confirmed that this was not due to you and must have happened prior to delivery to yourselves. You offered a refund which I accepted, and I can now confirm that having washed the outside twice the marks have gone, largely I feel due to the quality of the material concerned. I think you responded well as a company, and I am very happy with the product. I hope you do not have any further instances of the sort I experienced. I would be happy to order from you again on the basis of your response. Thank you Keith Paton
