The product was as described on the website , the delivery was as stated.
The price was competitive ,for such a good well constructed item . The person I dealt with was efficient and helpful and courteous in every way
The assembly was simple and straight forward , the weather has not been kind to the parasol since it was purchased but it has stood up to all the wet
weather we have been having of late and has a good solid look about it .

A web search revealed a very wide price range when looking for cantilever parasols. The prices offered by Parasols-Direct were very competitive and might have indicated a poorer-quality product. However, the detail and thoroughness of the information on the website persuaded me that this was not the case and this has been borne out in reality. The parasol is solid and well-constructed and has stood up well to being left out in some decidedly un-summery weather recently!
