Parasol arrived on time and I am very satisfied with it, it appears to be well made and is a good size for my large table and chairs. Looking forward to a good summer to make full use of same.

You can tell how good a company is by the way it handles difficulties !!
Having ordered the parasol via the website, I was delighted with the quick delivery however, on opening the packaging I found that the bottom section of the support pole was missing. I called the company to explain and spoke with a lady who showed genuine concern that I had experienced such a problem. She promised that the missing part would be despatched without delay and it duly arrived as promised. These things can and do happen from time to time with many companies but the way it was handled by this company was extremely satisfying. Loved the clear and informative website. Parasol and base are fantastic quality for money and arrived far faster than expected. I almost didn't order because delivery system is vague, inflexible and needs signing for (not easy when working full-time). Would suggest company charges more for a better delivery service every day of the week (not just saturdays) and is more transparent on subject. (Posted on 25/06/2010)

tracked the purchase on line but got concerned when it still showed processing after a few days. Rang to ask what was happening with the order - it was confirmed that it was on it's way and should arrive that day. If the order had show despatched I would not have been concerned or rung up.
Got an e-mail to say item dispatched after I had taken delivery.
Apart from this hiccup I was delighted with the purchase. - only used it once though since as we have been away.
