Very pleased with this parasol, delivered on time and securely packaged. Needed a bit of force to push together the lower part of the pole to the parasol, but this means that the joint is snug and there is no wobble.
The carry bag is very handy and we use it as a cover whilst the parasol is left outside.

Initially sent wrong colour parasol! quickly & efficiently dealt with rectifying the
mistake. extremely pleased with the product,its light to handle & with the crank is so easy to put up,(especially with no man around!!)
