STURDI PLUS - 3m x 4m Rectangular - FSC Wood Garden Parasol - Double Pulley - Plain Natural

This STURDI PLUS 3m x 4m Rectangular Wood Double Pulley Garden Parasol is made to a extremely high specification. The frame is made from FSC Indonesian Hardwood and the Parasol Canopy is manufactured from 230 gram spun Polyester; both these materials are ideal for designing garden parasols. The FSC Indonesian Hardwood is Golden Brown; Teak coloured, to suit most garden furniture sets. All fixtures and fittings are Stainless Steel. The Pulley rope is made from an Anti-Fray 1cm thick Natural colour rope. The Parasol Stem does not unscrew, it is a single piece pole which unfortunately makes it hard to store but adding immense strength to the frame. A Double Pulley has been used to make opening and closing the parasol smooth and easy. The Parasol Canopy on this 3m x 4m Garden Parasol is removable and machine washable at 40oC. The Polyester fabric is inherently fade, rot, shrink, crumple and stain resistant. At the end of the Parasol Ribs the fabric has been secured using a Stainless Steel "L" clip. This ensures the Ribs can not wear through the Parasol Canopy over time. There is also a leather pouch sewn into the end of each Rib to increase the quality look and feel of this Parasol. We strongly recommend you weigh this parasol down with as heavy a Parasol Base as possible. If you intend using this parasol in conjunction with a table a 40kg parasol base will be ok. However, if you wish to use this parasol free standing then we suggest you purchase a 50kg parasol base. This will ensure the parasol does not blow over in strong winds. We recommend this garden parasol is stored in a dry and safe environment throughout the winter months, this will ensure your parasol stays in good condition. This garden parasol has a 48mm pole. Please note: As this parasol is very large is does not unscrew in the middle of the pole. This product does not come with the base as shown in the photo; these bases can be added to your order - see related products on the right of this page.
