We like this Garden Parasol because it is made from FSC Indonesian Hardwood which is a fantastic wood to use for garden parasols as the colour suits almost all Garden Furniture Set colours.

The final reason we like the parasol is because the canopy is made from 190 gram Olefin which is the highest quality fabric available and offers a fantastic level of fade resistance.

Product Description

This STURDI PREMIUM 3m Round Wood Double Pulley Garden Parasol is made to the highest specification possible. The frame is made from FSC Indonesian Hardwood and the Parasol Canopy is manufactured from 190 gram spun Olefin; both these materials are ideal for designing garden parasols.
The Olefin Canopy is fade resistant to level 8 which is the highest level of fade resistance possible. This fabric is ideal for Pubs, Restaurants, coffee shops or anyone who wishes to leave their parasol outside in adverse weather conditions.

The FSC Indonesian Hardwood is Golden Brown; Teak coloured, to suit most garden furniture sets. All fixtures and fittings are Stainless Steel. We have included Stainless Steel fixings to every part of the parasol including the Hub, Runner and Ribs. The Pulley rope is made from an Anti-Fray 1cm thick Natural colour rope. The Parasol Stem does not unscrew, it is a simgle piece pole which unfortunately makes it hard to store but adding immense strength to the frame. A Double Pulley has been used to make opening and closing the parasol smooth and easy.

The Parasol Canopy on this 3m Garden Parasol is removable and machine washable at 40oC. The Polyester fabric is inherently fade, rot, shrink, crumple and stain resistant.
At the end of the Parasol Ribs the fabric has been secured using a Stainless Steel "L" clip. This ensures the Ribs can not wear through the Parasol Canopy over time. There is also a leather pouch sewn into the end of each Rib to increase the quality look and feel of this Parasol.

We stongly recommend you weigh this parasol down with as heavy a Parasol Base as possible. If you intend using this parasol in conjunction with a table a 20kg parasol base will be ok. However, if you wish to use this parasol free standing then we suggest you purchase a 25kg or 50kg parasol base. This will ensure the parasol does not blow over in strong winds.

We recommend this garden parasol is stored in a dry and safe environment throughout the winter months, this will ensure your parasol stays in good condition.

This garden parasol has a 48mm pole.
